You have 180 days from the time of your course purchase to take all crash courses as many times as you like, until you achieve a minimum grade requirement of 80% all crash course tests.
Take the California licensing exam within 30 days of passing all of Real Estate Instruct's crash courses, with a minimum score of 80%
The state will notify you of your exam results.
